        The Schleuniger PullTester 325 is a motorized benchtop device, designed for tensile testing of crimp and ultrasonic weld connections across a wider range of wires than single-range testers. Pull test values are a critical parameter for quality control and assurance.

        Triple Measurement Range for Maximum Precision

        • Individually calibrated measurement levels for optimal accuracy:
          • 200 N (45 lb)
          • 1,000 N (220 lb)
          • 2,000 N (440 lb)
        • Custom measurement ranges available upon request.

        Consistent and Reliable Measurements

        • Speed-controlled motor ensures constant and uniform pull force.
        • Prevents inconsistencies common with manual or pneumatic testers.
        • Complies with international test standards with a controlled pull speed.
        • Measures tensile forces in Newtons, pound-force, or kiloponds.

        Flexible Applications with Various Clamp Holders

        • 14-position clamp holder accommodates a wide range of testing applications.
