        The Schleuniger PullTester 326 is a motorized device with three measurement ranges, designed for tensile testing of crimp and ultrasonic weld connections across a wider range of wires than standard pull testers. Pull test values are critical parameters for quality control and assurance.

        Triple Measurement Range for Maximum Precision

        • Individually calibrated measurement levels:
          • 200 N (45 lb)
          • 1,000 N (220 lb)
          • 2,000 N (440 lb)
        • Custom measurement ranges available upon request.
        • Non-destructive testing capability: can hold force up to a specified value.

        Reliable and Consistent Measurements

        • Speed-controlled motor ensures constant and uniform pull force.
        • Prevents inconsistencies common with manual or pneumatic testers.
        • Complies with international test standards with a standardized pull speed.
        • Force measurements available in Newtons, pound-force, or kiloponds.

        Flexible Applications with Various Clamp Holders

        • 14-position clamp holder accommodates a wide variety of terminals.
        • Additional clamp holders available upon request for specialized applications.
