The VERSAFLOW 4/55 is the flagship of Ersa’s award-winning VERSAFLOW 4 series and is known as the ultimate in inline selective soldering. This high-end soldering system offers unparalleled flexibility thanks to the modular Ersa concept and combines maximum process reliability with exceptional soldering quality.
Designed for both large series with low product variation (Low Mix, High Volume) and small series with frequent product changes (High Mix, Low Volume), the VERSAFLOW 4/55 adapts effortlessly to any production environment. The machine features dual pot Y/Z variable motion, power convection, automatic nozzle activation, and an intuitive ERSASOFT 5 interface with integrated CAD Assistant 4 for fast and error-free program settings.
With its almost unlimited configuration options, the VERSAFLOW 4/55 is fully scalable and can be easily tailored to individual customer requirements. The system is IPC-CFX certified, ensuring full traceability and compatibility with Industry 4.0 environments. In addition, parallel processing enables up to three times higher throughput without compromising flexibility.
