Description
The VERSAPRINT 2 ELITE plus provides a solid foundation for reliable SMT production, with a clear focus on precision, efficiency, and user-friendliness. Thanks to an area camera with two separate modules and lighting techniques that work both directly and diffusely, even complex structures on the printed circuit board are consistently recognized.
With an available substrate format of 50 × 50 mm to 680 × 500 mm (inspection area approx. 550 × 500 mm) and stencils ranging from 450 × 450 to 737 × 737 mm, the machine is suitable for a wide range of production types. The print heads consist of two independent squeegee units with continuous pressure control (0-230 N) that ensure repeatable printing results with a precision of ±12.5 µm (6σ) and printing accuracy of ±25 µm (6σ). Furthermore, product changeovers are possible in less than 2 minutes and changeover time is less than 10 minutes – ideal for flexible production lines.
What sets the ELITE plus apart is that it is designed for production environments where an external 100% inspection system (such as an SPI) is already in place — making it a cost-effective choice without standard full inspection integration. At the same time, it offers the option of expanding with 2D inspection and even 3D retrofitting, allowing the system to be easily adapted to future quality requirements.
