Description
This machine handles about 90% of all insulated ferrules used in control engineering and cable harnessing, covering 85 Z+F types. It processes loose insulated ferrules from 0.25 mm² to 6.00 mm² (AWG 24–10) with crimp lengths of 6, 8, 10, or 12 mm, using a trapezoidal crimp shape and a minimum insertion length of 25 mm plus the crimp length.
With a cycle time of roughly 1.2 seconds and stepless stripping-length adjustment via the display, it delivers fast, precise operation. Its communication capability allows easy integration into other systems, and it includes all core advantages of the Z+F AM series.
A compact design, no blade changes between cross-sections, and an attractive price ensure efficient use of space and a quick return on investment.
