The electro-pneumatic stripping and crimping machine MC 40-1 reliably processes loose wire-end ferrules with plastic collars. The MC 40-1 is equipped as standard with crimping tools with cross sections of 0.5-1.5 mm². Optional tool kits are available for cross sections 0.25-0.34/2.5/4 mm² and AWG conductors (thick insulation). The machine can be adjusted to the desired cross-section and crimping length in just a few simple steps. Stripping and crimping takes place in a single work step. When the crimping dies are changed, all variable parameters are automatically set correctly. – Quick cross-section change – Cost savings through processing of loose wire-end ferrules – Simple operation – 41 different wire-end ferrules processible (accessories required) – Length adjustment in just a few seconds
