Description
The Z+F AI 2.5-20 auto is a semi-automatic electric wire stripping machine that combines precision with ease of use.
The integrated sensor-based detection system automatically detects the wire diameter and adjusts the cutting depth fully automatically. This allows wires with different insulation materials and cross-sections from 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (AWG 20–14) to be stripped without manual adjustment – always with the same accuracy and without damaging the conductor.
The stripping length and pull-off length are easily adjustable via the control panel, and with a cycle time of only 0.5 seconds, the AI 2.5-20 auto is perfectly suited for series production. The compact, low-maintenance design makes this machine ideal for cable preparation, electrical installation and assembly departments where precision and efficiency are key.
