      Description

      The Schleuniger B300 is a powerful and user-friendly stripping machine that excels in speed, accuracy and reliability. Developed for a wide range of cable types – from single-core and multi-core cables to sensor and fibre optic cable sheaths – this machine combines mechanical precision with intuitive programming via a 5″ colour touchscreen.

      The B300 processes cable cross-sections from 0.03 to 8 mm² (AWG 32–8) and diameters up to 7 mm, with a maximum stripping length of 50 mm and pull-off length of 30 mm.

      Thanks to the highly sensitive trigger sensor, the stripping process starts automatically as soon as the cable touches the sensor surface, ensuring a smooth workflow without any additional steps.

      With its permanent shaft monitoring for quality control, no need for blade replacement and large waste container, the B300 minimises downtime and increases production speed. The optional software upgrade adds features such as multiple pull-off, sequential stripping of multi-core cables and barcode recognition for item management.
