Description

The Schleuniger B340 is the latest generation of programmable stripping machines in the Schleuniger B Series. With four rotating X-shaped blades, this machine delivers excellent cutting quality and reproducibility when stripping a wide range of cable types – from fine-stranded wires to complex multi-core cables and sensor lines.

Thanks to its high mechanical precision, advanced software features and short cycle times, the B340 guarantees maximum productivity. The machine processes cable cross-sections from 0.013 to 16 mm² (AWG 36–5) and diameters up to 9 mm, with stripping lengths up to 80 mm and pulling lengths up to 40 mm.

The S.Drive B Series software enables intuitive programming via a 5″ colour touchscreen, including support for automatic diameter recognition, cable end detection and sequential processing of multi-core cables.

The machine can be optionally equipped with a foot pedal, air kit with extraction system or a kit for short sheath strips on multi-conductor cables.

Thanks to the universal blades and clamps, no tool changes are necessary – a major advantage in production with frequent cable changes. The B340 can also be integrated into automated production systems, making it ideal for both stand-alone and inline applications.
