Description
The Schleuniger JacketStrip 8400 is designed for stripping robust cable jackets with the highest precision. Thanks to the rotating 4-blade system, the machine automatically centres the cable and makes a perfect incision without damaging the inner conductors. The powerful electric motor then removes the jacket completely or partially, depending on the mode set.
The JacketStrip 8400 is suitable for cables up to 26 mm in diameter and sheath thicknesses up to 6 mm, with an adjustable stripping length of 7 to 200 mm (optionally up to 400 mm).
The machine effortlessly processes a wide range of materials such as PVC, PUR, rubber, Teflon®, Tefzel® and Kapton®, and offers infinitely adjustable stripping speeds of up to 30 cm/s.
The universal blade system eliminates the need for blade changes, which increases productivity and simplifies maintenance. The pneumatically operated clamps hold the cable securely in place, while waste material is automatically discharged. An LCD display shows the system status and diagnostic tools, further increasing ease of use and process reliability.
