Description
The UniStrip 2015 is designed for maximum productivity in cable assembly and wire processing.
With a cycle time of just 0.3 seconds and a stable pneumatic drive, the machine delivers consistently high performance for both full and partial strips.
The V-shaped universal blade system automatically adapts to different wire diameters. This eliminates the need for blade changes or mechanical adjustments when changing cables, saving time and minimising downtime.
The adjustable cutting depth, strip length and pull-off length ensure flawless results, even with sensitive insulation materials.
With a compact design weighing only 2 kg, the UniStrip 2015 can be easily integrated into production lines or on workbenches. Foot pedal operation allows the operator to work with both hands, increasing efficiency and ergonomics. Thanks to the maintenance-free blade system, the machine is particularly durable and suitable for intensive use.
