The UniStrip 2545 is a compact, pneumatically driven stripping machine that excels in speed, precision, and simplicity. Thanks to the universal V-blade system, no blade changes are necessary—which drastically reduces setup time and increases productivity.
With cycle times of just 0.3 seconds and diameter precision down to 0.01 mm, the UniStrip 2545 delivers exceptionally consistent results with every operation. The machine is particularly suitable for removing the sheathing from fiber optic and multi-core cables, where absolute precision is required to avoid damaging the inner cores or fibers.
With its slim and lightweight design (only 2 kg), multiple units can be combined on a single workstation for parallel processing – ideal for cable assembly and series production.
The UniStrip 2545 is activated via a foot pedal, leaving the operator’s hands free to position the cable. The continuously adjustable stripping and pulling length ensures maximum flexibility, while the robust construction guarantees long-term reliability.
