Description
The UniStrip 2600 is the most versatile stripping machine in its class. It processes single-core wires, round cables, and flat ribbon cables with diameters up to 9 mm and stripping lengths up to 80 mm.
The powerful motors, combined with advanced electronics, ensure excellent repeatability and consistent stripping quality—even with sensitive insulation or variable cable constructions.
Thanks to the user-friendly interface and graphic display, the operator can easily set parameters such as cutting depth, stripping length, clamping pressure, and pulling speed.
The machine has 1,000 memory locations for cable programs and 100 wire lists, allowing frequently used cable types to be quickly recalled.
With the optional SmartStrip™ technology, the machine automatically detects the wire diameter and adjusts the settings without operator intervention. In combination with the Iguana™ Wire Processing Software, programs can also be created and managed externally via a PC.
The UniStrip 2600 accepts various blade types—including V, radius, die, and custom blades—which can be changed without tools. This makes this machine the ideal choice for production environments where speed, precision, and flexibility are key.
