        The POWERFLOW ULTRA represents the latest innovation in Ersa’s wave soldering portfolio. This full tunnel wave soldering machine has been developed to meet current and future requirements in terms of flexibility, throughput, and availability. With options for both frame and finger transport and working widths from 330 to 610 mm (XXL version), the POWERFLOW ULTRA offers maximum versatility for a wide range of production environments – including the soldering of server boards for 5G communication.

        The system features a modular preheating concept, which is fully customizable in length and power and can be expanded later if desired. This allows the POWERFLOW ULTRA to effortlessly grow with future production requirements.

        The machine uses the award-winning ERSASOFT 5 operating software, based on a powerful database and fully Industry 4.0-ready. This software offers intuitive process visualization, efficient parameter setting, and comprehensive traceability for maximum process control.

        With its combination of high-quality nitrogen technology, maximum throughput, and excellent soldering quality, the POWERFLOW ULTRA sets a new standard in professional wave soldering.
