The POWERFLOW ULTRA XXL is the latest and most advanced innovation in Ersa’s wave soldering portfolio. This high-end full-tunnel wave soldering system has been developed to meet the highest demands in terms of flexibility, throughput and availability, and offers optimum performance when soldering large printed circuit boards with working widths of up to 610 mm and a PCB length of 850 mm.
With a choice of frame or finger transport, the POWERFLOW ULTRA XXL fits seamlessly into a wide range of production environments. The modular preheating concept is flexibly configurable in terms of length and power, and can also be expanded retrospectively – ideal for manufacturers who want to scale up their production without compromising on precision or process reliability.
