        Thanks to the five process modules, the Zeta 640 can process up to 36 cables without changeover, from batch size 1, and just-in-time, enhancing productivity and streamlining processes.

        • Just-in-time processing: Perfect for on-demand production of cable bundles without delays or inventory issues.
        • Fully automated assembly: The Zeta 640 assembles the required cables fully automatically on five process modules from A to Z.
        • Efficient sorting and bundling: Cable bundles are pre-bundled or sorted in the correct order, ready for further processing, simplifying installation and logistics in the switchboard.
        • Automated processing parameters: Processing data is easily converted via TopConvert and directly sent to the machine via the Komax WPCS interface, eliminating manual article programming.
        • Error-free processing: Feed and processing are efficient and error-free due to automated data transfer.

        • Cutting blades with precision monitoring (ACD): Three pairs of cutting blades for high precision with optional ACD monitoring.
        • Batch processing in one step: Cables are sorted and bundled in a single process step.
        • Cable changer: Handles up to 36 cables in various cross-sections.
        • High performance: Three shuttles operate in parallel for maximum productivity.
        • Optional tube labeling: Bundled cables can be labeled for easy identification.
