        The BAV 1016 wire twisting system is a fast, simple, and intelligent machine that produces cables with exactly the same number of twists and tension, whether the cable consists of two or five wires, with a length of up to 2 m (optionally 4 m).

        With a memory for 999 cable definitions (programs) and minimal operator skill requirements, the system is ideal for high-volume or low-volume/high-mix production. Minimal maintenance and fast operation ensure a quick return on investment and lasting profitability on a relatively modest investment.
