Description
The Kappa 310 is a high-speed machine for high production performance when cutting and stripping wires with a conductor cross section of 0.02 mm² to 6 mm² (*). (*) Kappa machines can process many conductors outside the indicated cross-section range, however certain extremely hard, tough wires may not be able to be processed even if they are within the indicated cross-section range. If in doubt, we are happy to provide you with samples of your wires. The Kappa 310 impresses with a processing spectrum for the smallest wire cross-sections with high repeatability. With the “short wire processing set” option, wires down to a minimum length of 18 mm can be processed. The TopTouch user interface is designed for quick and easy programming of the machine. Programs can be generated and saved with just a few clicks. If it is necessary to connect the Kappa 310 to the company network, to extend it with feed, wire deposit systems, or if labeling on the wires is necessary, the Kappa machine can be expanded with options that make this possible. – Conductor detector for automatic diameter detection – Machine can be networked with the company network using the optional TopWin expansion software – Cable labeling with laser, inkjet or label printer – Suitable for processing very short wire lengths
