The Kappa 340 handles the precise processing of uneven cable surfaces, battery, multicore, HV and sensor cables as well as hard, tough, thick and thin insulation (*). (*) Kappa machines can process many wires outside the indicated cross-section range. It may not be possible to process some extremely hard, tough wires, even if they are within the indicated cross-section range. If in doubt, we are happy to provide you with samples of your wires. The Kappa 340 stripping and cutting machine is equipped for all requirements: The dual head double cutting head with various V, V-radius and form blades processes wires with a thickness of 0.22 to 70 mm² and ribbon cables up to a width of 16 mm. For short changeover times and precise round cuts, the Kappa 340 can be expanded with the rotary cutting unit. Thanks to the rotation, slitting, stripping and cutting blades as well as the belt drive with high torque and good grip, even difficult wires can be processed efficiently at up to 4 m/s. TopWin can be used to produce complete parts lists, sequences as a multilead set or as a wire harness.
