        Description

        The Cosmic 42R precision machine allows multi-stage stripping of micro coaxial cables, triaxial cables and cables with particularly thin, hard or tough insulation (*). (*) We recommend using sampling for wires that are difficult to process and wires at the limits of the specifications. The Cosmic 42R is particularly suitable for processing micro coaxial cables in small to medium quantities. The rotating stripping head works with three blades. The built-in centering jaws position the wire precisely. It is then optimally prepared for further handling with the twisting function. The electrical stripper also works with multi-layer cables with up to 9 steps; the sequence of the processing steps is freely programmable and independent step parameters can be adjusted for each step. Up to 1000 different wires with their respective processing parameters can be stored in the device to ensure fast production.
