Description
The P107C crimping press is available in two configurations:
- Semi-automatic: For bench-top use.
- Fully automatic: Integrated into a cutting and stripping machine.
Specifications
- Stroke: Standard 40 mm. An optional variable stroke version is available, adjustable between 20 and 40 mm in 5 mm increments. Other stroke lengths are available upon request.
- Crimp height: Standard 135.8 mm ± 0.02 mm (measured from the applicator base plate to the press T-coupling at the bottom dead center).
- Optional: Adjustment kits for different applicator sizes.
- Optional: Mecal’s CFA crimp force analyzer for enhanced quality control.
Semi-automatic configuration
The semi-automatic version includes:
- A safety cover
- Reel arm
- Foot switch
All compliant with international safety standards and CE regulations.
