      The Europlacer ii-A1 is a compact, flexible and highly accurate pick & place machine designed to maximise the efficiency and productivity of modern SMT production lines. Thanks to its Tornado turret head with 8 or 12 nozzles and a capacity of up to 15,390 components per hour (CPH), the ii-A1 delivers impressive performance in a compact format.

      The ii-A1 offers unrivalled flexibility with the ability to place a wide range of components — from tiny 03015m chips to large 99 x 99 x 34 mm parts. With 162 feeder positions, configurable zones and support for various matrix trays, this machine easily adapts to different production needs. In addition, the ii-A1 features an intelligent transport system that automatically optimises the positioning of printed circuit boards without mechanical stops, ensuring a smooth and fast workflow.

      Thanks to the ii-RC software and the ii-Tab mobile solution, operation is intuitive, user-friendly and fully compatible with CFX 1.7 connectivity, making integration with other machines in your production line easy. Additional features such as Smart Nozzles, an embedded high-resolution camera, traceability with label feeder and automatic component recognition make the ii-A1 a future-proof solution for automated assembly.
