The Hanwha HM520 HS has been developed for manufacturers who require maximum speed and continuous reliability in their SMT assembly. Thanks to a dual-gantry system with two rotating heads, each equipped with 20 spindles, the HM520 HS achieves an impressive placement speed of 80,000 components per hour. This makes the machine ideal for mass production of electronic components with high volumes and short cycle times.
With a placement accuracy of ±25 micrometers for chips, the HM520 HS offers exceptional precision, even at high speeds. The machine supports components from 0201 to 6 × 6 millimeters with a maximum height of 2 millimeters, ideal for compact PCBs, mobile applications, and LED production.
The HM520 HS can operate in single or dual-lane configuration, with PCB sizes up to 750 × 580 mm (single) or 750 × 310 mm (dual). Thanks to the 80 feeder positions on docking carts, material management is efficient, while integrated functions such as barcode scanning, automatic job change, and Ethernet communication ensure smooth production and full traceability.
