Description
During soldering, air voids often form, which limit heat dissipation and shorten the service life of components. The EXOS 10/26 tackles this problem by creating a vacuum at the precise moment of flow, sucking out air bubbles. The result: completely pore-free solder joints with optimal heat conduction – ideal for applications in power electronics and high-reliability technology.
Smart design and maximum efficiency
The EXOS features a four-part transport system (feed, heating zone, vacuum, and cooling) that is perfectly synchronized for continuous production. The dual transport option allows you to solder in parallel with maximum throughput. Multijet convection technology guarantees the lowest ΔT values on the market, ensuring a homogeneous temperature profile across the entire working width.
Ease of use and maintenance
The vacuum chamber is equipped with a lubricant-free roller conveyor and quick-release locks, so maintenance can be carried out in seconds. The vacuum pump is integrated into the machine frame, which reduces the footprint and increases availability. Sensors continuously monitor the process – from input to output – and guarantee safe, reproducible soldering results.
Energy-efficient and future-oriented
With a nominal power of 138 kW and zone-based energy management, the EXOS consumes only what is necessary. The medium-wave emitters in the vacuum chamber ensure stable temperature profiles without unnecessary energy loss. Thanks to the automatic chain lubrication system and the gas-tight process tunnel, your production continues to run with minimal downtime.
