The HOTFLOW 14 has been developed with more than 35 years of experience in reflow technology. Smart transport and easy maintenance

With a working width of up to 516 mm and a transport speed of 20–200 cm/min, you can flexibly process different PCB formats. The machine features automatic chain lubrication, a low-mass center support, and removable heating modules on the top and bottom—ideal for quick maintenance and high machine availability.

Intelligent control and traceability

The HOTFLOW 14 is controlled via an industrial PC with touchscreen and PLC control. ERSASOFT software allows you to easily manage your processes, while the Autoprofiler helps you quickly set up temperature profiles. All process and operating data are automatically recorded in accordance with ZVEI specifications, which forms the basis for complete traceability in production.
