Multi Vacuum for perfect solder joints
At the heart of the VP7000 is the innovative Multi Vacuum process, which places your products under vacuum both before and during the melting of the solder paste. This eliminates air pockets and creates a completely sealed, thermally conductive joint. In combination with Dynamic Profiling — automatic temperature control during series production — you achieve a reproducible, flawless soldering result with less than 1% voids.
Designed for inline production
The VP7000 is built for integration into automated production lines. Thanks to the electrically adjustable transport system with center support, you can quickly adjust the width for different PCB formats. The machine is available in single-lane or dual-lane versions for maximum processing speed and supports products up to 620 × 430 mm (or 620 × 2 × 250 mm in dual-lane). This makes the VP7000 ideal for large-scale, continuous production.
