Description
All ASSCON Inline vapour phase soldering systems are designed for true inline production. Printed circuit boards can be processed easily and fully automatically via the standard SMEMA interface. This means that a workpiece carrier is not required.
ASSCON Inline soldering machines are specially designed for operators who want automatic production. Printed circuit boards are transported directly via a chain conveyor. If necessary, the workpiece carrier can also be transported and handled within the machine. ASSCON Inline vapour phase machines are therefore highly flexible within an electronic production line.
Thanks to the electrically adjustable transport systems, the machine can be quickly and easily adapted to each individual product. Integration into a network with a main computer is also possible.
The new VP2100-100 is optionally equipped with ASSCON’s patented Multi Vacuum Technology. The optional vacuum module reduces voids in the solder joints and further improves quality.
The ASSCON Inline concept stands for
- Absolutely simple soldering process.
- Higher processing capacity.
- Simple and efficient soldering of assemblies with different thermal requirements.
- Fast and fully automated product changeover – within minutes.
- Minimal production space required.
- Lowest energy consumption and therefore lower CO2 emissions.
Reflow soldering with vapour phase
- Excellent soldering quality.
- No oxidation during soldering.
- No overheating of products due to the physical temperature limitation of the vapour.
- Ideal production process for batch size 1 production
- Vacuum reduction with Multi Vacuum Technology
