Description
The Hanwha Decan S1 is a powerful, single-gantry pick & place machine that delivers high performance in a compact form. With ten spindles and an advanced vision alignment system with fly and fix cameras, the Decan S1 offers an impressive combination of speed, precision, and versatility. The machine achieves a placement speed of up to 47,000 components per hour, with an accuracy of ±28 micrometers for chips and ±35 micrometers for ICs.
The Decan S1 supports a wide component range from 03015 to 42 mm as standard, and up to 75 mm with the optional MFOV configuration. The maximum component height is 10 mm when using the fly camera and 15 mm with the fixed camera. Thanks to this broad compatibility, the Decan S1 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including mobile electronics, LED production, telecommunications, and industrial assembly.
The machine can process printed circuit boards up to 510 × 510 mm in standard configuration, expandable to 1,500 × 460 mm with the long conveyor option. It can accommodate 60 feeders (fixed) or 56 feeders on docking carts, expandable to 120 positions. This makes the Decan S1 particularly suitable for flexible production lines with a high variety of components.
Thanks to its robust build quality, efficient air consumption (50 Nl/min), and energy-efficient operation (3.5 kVA), the Decan S1 combines durability with low operating costs. Weighing approximately 1,600 kg and measuring 1,430 × 1,740 × 1,485 mm, this machine offers the optimal balance between speed, precision, and footprint, ideal for medium-sized production environments where quality and efficiency are paramount.
