        Description

        The PreFeeder 3200 is a free-standing, electro-pneumatic feeder.

        Cables are drawn directly from the reel and conveyed to the processing
        machine with constant traction. An output-side Accumulator Speed
        Control compensates for the fluctuations in cable demand that typically
        occur at the processing machine.

        The Inlet Accumulator accelerates the cable spool without jerking and
        takes up the cable when the cable spool runs out. The two accumulators
        are largely identical in construction. An integrated switch interrupts
        processing in the event of input-side cable jams.

        The optional Loop Limit Control ensures that even stiff cables can be
        fed. Its speed is synchronized with that of the processing machine.
