• Hybrid Heating: A 1,500 W upper hybrid heating element and a 2,400 W infrared bottom heater with three heating zones ensure even heating, ideal for soldering and desoldering tasks.
• Precision: Computer-guided component alignment using HD cameras and integrated force and temperature sensors guarantee a precise rework process.
• Versatile: Suitable for a wide range of component sizes, from 1 mm² to 70 x 70 mm, including BGAs and THT components

In addition to the technological upgrade, EPR invested in its employees by having them follow the BGA Rework & Repair training at Smans. They learned how to carry out complex rework assignments according to standardised methods.
