Description
The Hanwha Decan F2 is designed for maximum production speed and precision within modern SMT production lines. With its dual-gantry configuration and two 10-spindle heads, the Decan F2 delivers impressive performance with a placement speed of up to 92,000 components per hour. This combination of speed and accuracy makes the machine ideal for large-scale electronics assembly and high-volume production.
The Decan F2 supports a wide range of component sizes – from 03015 microcomponents to larger 42 mm standard parts, expandable to 75 mm with the optional MFOV camera. The machine achieves a placement accuracy of ±28 micrometers for chips and ±30 micrometers for ICs. Thanks to the integrated fly camera and optional fix camera, components are continuously monitored for maximum precision and positioning reliability.
The Decan F2 offers flexible PCB processing and can operate in both single and dual-lane modes. In single-lane configuration, the machine supports printed circuit boards up to 1,500 × 460 mm, while dual-lane configuration allows for up to 1,200 × 250 mm. With a feeder capacity of 120 standard 8-mm positions (or 112 with docking carts), the machine is suitable for complex production lines with high variation.
In addition, the Decan F2 features advanced functions such as automatic feeder inspection, calibration, and mapping, contributing to stable performance and minimal downtime. Thanks to its robust design, energy efficiency (5.0 kVA), and low air consumption (50 Nl/min), the machine offers an excellent balance between speed, precision, and operating costs.
