Description
The Hanwha HM520 MF is designed for manufacturers who demand maximum productivity and flexibility in a modern SMT production line. The machine features a dual-gantry piano-type head with a total of twelve spindles, achieving a placement speed of up to 60,000 components per hour. Accuracy is ±40 micrometers for chips and ±30 micrometers for ICs, ensuring reliable performance in complex assemblies.
The HM520 MF supports a wide range of components – from small 0402 components to parts measuring 55 x 55 millimeters and with a maximum height of 15 millimeters. This makes the machine suitable for a wide range of applications, including LED production, mobile electronics, automotive, and industrial printed circuit boards. Thanks to its stable mechanical design and advanced vision alignment system, consistent placement quality is guaranteed, even at high speeds.
The machine can be used in both single and dual-lane configurations, with printed circuit boards up to 750 x 580 mm (single) or 750 x 310 mm (dual). The feeder configuration accommodates 80 standard 8-mm docking carts, ensuring efficient material flow in high-variation production. In addition, the HM520 MF supports features such as barcode scanning, lot tracking, and Ethernet communication for full traceability within an automated production environment.
