Description
The HM520W is an advanced pick & place machine designed for maximum productivity, accuracy, and flexibility within modern SMT production lines. The machine features a dual-gantry system with a choice of a Multi Function head or a High Precision head, combining high placement speeds and exceptional precision in a single platform.
With speeds of up to 26,000 components per hour and a positioning accuracy of up to ±20 micrometers for ICs, the HM520W is suitable for both large-scale production and applications with fine tolerances. The machine supports a wide range of component sizes, from small 0402 chips to large components measuring 150 x 74 millimeters, and can handle printed circuit boards up to 750 millimeters in length. Thanks to its configuration with two feeder carts, each with 60 positions, or a combination of fixed and movable feeders, the HM520W offers a high degree of flexibility for a wide range of production scenarios.
The HM520W is designed for stability, speed, and repeatability. The machine is equipped with intelligent PCB handling, precise force control up to 100 newtons, and an efficient vacuum system that guarantees a stable pick & place process, even with sensitive or non-standard components.
In addition, the HM520W is prepared for the latest industrial standards, with M2M connectivity and support for TC and MAOI integration. This makes the machine ideal for smart factory environments and automated production processes where real-time data and communication are essential.
