Description
The Europlacer ii-N1 is the top model for prototyping and small series within the Europlacer line. This machine offers the same advanced technology as the larger ii-N2, but with a single Tornado head (8 or 12 nozzles) for compact production lines. Thanks to its linear motor control, high-resolution vision camera, and Auto Adaptive Sequencing (AAS), the ii-N1 places components with exceptional precision—up to ±22 µm for QFPs and ±46 µm for chips—at speeds of up to 15,390 components per hour.
The machine supports a wide range of components from 03015 mm to 99 × 99 × 34 mm, including BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, QFNs, and various odd-form components. The feeder capacity of up to 264 × 8 mm and space for 10 JEDEC trays ensure maximum flexibility, while the intelligent conveyors and ii-RC software greatly reduce changeover times.
With CFX 1.7 connectivity, SMEMA interface, and ii-Tab integration, the ii-N1 is ready for fully automated production lines.
