The placeALL®620 is a modular pick-and-place machine that excels in flexibility and efficiency for small to medium-sized production runs. Thanks to its compact design and expandable modules, the 620 fits perfectly into both standalone processes and automated production lines. The machine processes a wide range of components – from 0201 chips to fine-pitch components measuring 70 × 70 mm with a pitch of 0.3 mm, including BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, QFNs, and customer-specific components such as connectors or wired THT LEDs.

With up to 208 input positions and intelligent software that minimizes production changeovers, the placeALL®620 offers a highly efficient workflow. The system is designed to achieve short changeover times without compromising accuracy or speed. With a capacity of up to 10,500 components per hour (when using two heads), this machine delivers consistent performance for a wide range of applications within SMT production.
