The placeALL®620XL is the most spacious model in the placeALL® series and offers maximum flexibility for the assembly of large and complex printing projects. Thanks to its generous dimensions, there is not only room for a large printed circuit board surface, but also for numerous trays and up to 346 input positions. The extra depth of the machine makes it possible to integrate an inline system at the front while retaining side feed options. Even with an inline configuration, 262 feed positions and sufficient space for multiple trays remain available – ideal for production environments that require versatility.

The placeALL®620XL excels at assembling and dispensing small to medium SMT volumes at speeds of up to 10,500 components per hour (two heads) or 6,000 components per hour according to the IPC9850 standard. Components can be fed via tape, stick, tape strip, tray or loose feed, allowing virtually any component type to be processed.

This machine supports a wide range of components, from 0201 chips to 70 × 70 mm fine-pitch parts with a pitch of 0.3 mm, including BGAs, µBGAs, CSPs, QFNs and customer-specific components such as connectors and wired THT LEDs. The placeALL®620XL therefore offers not only space, but also the power and precision to effortlessly automate complex assembly tasks – perfect for those who want to combine scalability, accuracy and versatility in a single high-end SMD solution.
