The SM471PLUS achieves an impressive placement speed of up to 78,000 CPH without compromising on precision. Placement accuracy is ±40 µm for chips and ±50 µm for QFP components, measured at ±3σ. This guarantees reliable performance, even with the smallest component sizes.
The system supports a wide range of components, from 0402 chips to 14 mm square parts, with a maximum height of up to 25 mm (depending on camera type). The flexible PCB dimensions range from L510 × W460 mm to an optional L1,200 × W510 mm, ideal for a wide variety of productions.
