The Hanwha SM482 Plus is an advanced SMT pick & place machine that excels in speed, precision, and reliability.
With a placement speed of up to 39,000 components per hour and an accuracy of ±40 microns, this machine offers an excellent balance between high productivity and consistent quality.
The dual-gantry system with two placement heads, each with six spindles, enables parallel processing, significantly increasing output without compromising accuracy.
The advanced fly and fixed cameras automatically recognize and position components, ensuring that each part is placed with extreme precision.
The SM482 Plus effortlessly handles a wide range of component sizes – from small 0402 chips to larger parts measuring 55 × 55 mm and 15 mm high.
In addition, the machine supports PCBs with dimensions from 50 × 50 mm to 460 × 400 mm, with an optional extension to 740 × 460 mm.
This makes the SM482 Plus suitable for a wide range of applications, from compact modules to larger printed circuit assemblies.
The machine can accommodate up to 120 feeders (8 mm) and can be equipped with options such as a dispenser, tray unit, Smart Feeder system, and traceability functions.
