        The XM520, a general purpose chip mounter with the best-in-class productivity and quality enhancements, also has flexible applicability to product types and allows a wide range of line combinations and options.

        • Provides various nozzles and grippers that can handle various odd-type components.
        • Provides various feeders that can supply various types of components: tape, stick,
          tray, bulk, radial, axial type, etc
        • Possible to place SMD medium-large sized odd-form components and throughhole components
          • Performance: 30,000 CPH (optimum) / 8,800 CPH (laser-light, gripper)
          • Integration of SMT line and PBA line / Minimization of PBA line installation space (full
            line automation implementation)
