Description
The BERI.CO.CLEAN electro-pneumatic devices are designed for cleaning cables, wires, catheters, and other components, removing unwanted particles such as splinters, dust, talc, or micro-particles safely and effectively.
When processing coaxial wires and high-voltage cables (HV cables), particularly during cutting and separating wire meshes, tiny splinters can be released. These must be avoided as they can cause disruptions in subsequent processing steps.
The BERI.CO.CLEAN is simple to operate:
- Insert the cable, and the suction automatically activates.
- Or use a foot pedal for manual activation.
The BERI.CO.CLEAN version with a touch display allows users to select the suction duration and mode (sensor or foot pedal). Various suction nozzles and filters are available, depending on the cable diameter and contamination type.
The machines are designed for wires with an outer diameter of up to Ø 19.0 mm and a length of up to 270 mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.
