Description
The KRI 850 CB (Coil & Bind) is the version of Ramatech’s KRI 850 series of cable coilers that also lets you bind the coils. The series is built for thicker cables and larger coils. The machine automatically winds cut-to-length cable into a neat coil. You then bind the coil by hand with an elastic rubber cord. Every coil leaves the machine neatly bound and ready for storage or transport.
The KRI 850 CB handles cables up to 35 mm in diameter. Coils can weigh up to 80 kg. You set the coil diameter easily on the LCD display, up to a maximum outer diameter of 800 mm. After binding, you push the coil by hand to the right over the attachment.
A standard interface for wire processing machines lets you connect the KRI 850 CB directly to your cable processing equipment. This makes it easy to use in a production line or as a downstream device behind a cable processing machine.
Want to automate binding too? Choose the KRI 850 CBP. It binds fully automatically, and you can add an optional AGV that carries off the bound coils.
