The E300 cutting and stripping machine excels with its high performance, user-friendly operation, and exceptional process reliability. It processes wires, tubes, ribbon and multi-conductor cables, as well as insulation materials such as PVC, PUR, and Teflon with utmost precision.
Wide Range of Applications
This machine is designed for various applications, including:
- Stripping the outer sheath in multiple steps.
- Full and partial stripping, including at both ends.
The E300 supports conductor cross-sections from 0.05 to 10 mm² (36 to 8 AWG) and cable diameters from 0.3 to 8.0 mm (0.012” to 0.31”). Its compatibility with different tape materials and the included short-piece kit allows for a wide range of uses.
Compatibility with Previous Models
The blades and guides from the previous EcoStrip 9380 model are fully compatible with the E300.
Programmable Feeding Unit
The E300 features a programmable contact pressure on the feeding unit, enabling precise and targeted adjustments. The machine also includes an innovative two-in-one quick-change feeding unit compatible with roller drives. Additionally, the included short-piece kit ensures efficient processing of short cables.
Switching between the standard feeding unit and the short-piece kit is software-supported. Furthermore, the programmable gripper axis ensures accurate and stable cable transportation.
Intuitive S.Drive Software
The E300 is equipped with intuitive S.Drive software, which simplifies the creation of jobs and article programs. Predefined and validated standard parameters speed up the configuration process, enhancing overall productivity.
