Description
Configuration stock machine
- Drive rollers fine knurled steel STD 0.6 (2 sets)
- Option cable detector
The Kappa 330 cutting and stripping machine is suitable for processing a wide range of wires as a single head and optionally as a dual head with a double blade cutting head (*). (*) Kappa machines can process many conductors outside the indicated cross-section range, but certain extremely hard, tough wires may not be able to be processed, even if they are within the indicated cross section range. If in doubt, we are happy to provide you with samples of your wires. The Kappa 330 is available as a single head or dual head, whereby the single head can be converted into a dual head. Thanks to the dual head, the machine can process a wide variety of wires with up to 3 cutting blades (slitting, cutting and stripping blades) used simultaneously. The Kappa 330 processes wires from 0.22 to 35 mm² (AWG 24 – 2) and a maximum diameter of 16 mm. The machine can also easily handle ribbon cables up to 40 mm wide. The dual head version can also strip several inner conductors when equipped with the separation unit. In addition, the Kappa 330 can be expanded with options that make it possible to connect the machine to the company network and to expand it with feed, wire deposit or labeling systems. – Single head cutting unit with innovative sensor technology – Optional dual head for up to three process steps in one – Dual head with additional separation unit optional
