        The Lambda 2 series is individually configured for high-quality, semi-automatic processing of both HSD and FAKRA braided shields. The Lambda 2xx series can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

        Key Features:

        • Individual configuration: Specifically set up for processing HSD and FAKRA braided shields.
        • Manual assembly: Components such as braided shields and pre-assembled cables are manually placed onto the alignment mandrel before the crimping process.
        • Quiet drive: The electronically controlled drive works with short cycle times and high process reliability.
        • Electronic control: The measurement system and crimp force monitoring check the required values before and after each crimping process, ensuring process results.
        • Quality control: Poor parts are immediately ejected and destroyed by the control mechanism.
        • User-friendly operation: Easy to operate, with functions like activating the crimp function with two hands for added safety and convenience.
