In manual cable production, trained personnel typically need about half the production time to wire a control cabinet. Thanks to highly automated prefabrication, wiring time can be reduced by up to 80%. Komax offers various optimal solutions for flexible cable production to achieve this efficiency.

        • Virtual cable length calculation: Easily calculate cable lengths based on 2D drawings or high-resolution images.
        • Optimized cable bundles: Bundles optimized for wiring improve wiring efficiency.
        • Assembly assistance: Helps technicians in laying the prefabricated cables.

        Using DLW software (Digital Lean Wiring) or via ECAD systems, cable lists with all relevant parameters are exported. This enables the cables to be fully prefabricated automatically and ready for installation.
