For professionally producing small and medium scale series ERSA has developed the ETS 250 enabling both the processing of SMD and mixed assemblies. Simple operation as well as low initial costs and operating
expenses make the ETS 250 an extremely economical investment which will pay off in no time.

All components are perfectly suited for the processing of low solid fluxes. The flux system is made entirely of stainless steel. A high-quality foam tube guarantees a superior and uniform formation of fine pored foam. An
additional blow-off feature prevents drops and provides uniform flux wetting.

Controlled and infinitely variable temperature values allow an individual adaption of the preheating. Predetermined limit temperature values can be entered into the control. If these values are exeeded, a message will automatically appear on the clear text display. The service-friendly stainless steel solder module is available as single wave or SMD version with double
wave, whereas the SMD wave can be retrofitted. Being speed-controlled the solder pumps guarantee reproducibility as well as a very consistent wave.

The user-friendly and versatile microprocessor control offers the conveniences of a large-scale system. The status of all aggregates such as preheating temperature, wave speed, solder temperature etc. are displayed
as clear text. Set and actual values can be easily entered and read. Therefore comfortable operation is provided as well as fast modification of the parameters.

Tolerance windows are freely programmable for all important parameters, thus optimum process reliability is achieved. By utilizing the integrated 7-day time clock the amount of operation is reduced to a minimum.

The optional printer interface allows documentation of the process parameters according to ISO 9000 standards.
