        The CM F20 ferrule module processes up to five different ferrules on a strip with a trapezoidal crimp in sequence. Suitable for ferrules with cross-sections of 0.5 – 2.5 mm² and crimp lengths of 8 or 10 mm, this module processes various ferrules quickly and easily, including special ferrules (multi-standard, AWG).

        Key features:

        • Efficiency: Two-stage input and automatic cable centering for reliable processing.
        • High flexibility: Processes five different ferrules with freely programmable batch sizes.
        • Time-saving: Fast part replacement without tools and parallel mounting of 5 rolls on the strip.
        • Process reliability: Trapezoidal crimp ensures reliable processing, with an automatic alert when the rolls are nearly empty to reduce downtime.
        • Integration: Can be integrated into the Zeta fully automatic crimping machine.
