        Description

        The Alpha 565 cable processing machine is designed for special processes and offers the ability to integrate up to seven processing stations for cables with cross-sections from 0.13 – 6 mm². Komax provides feasibility tests to pre-test cables, and processing larger cable cross-sections is available upon request.

        • Room for special processing: With seven processing stations, the Alpha 565 offers plenty of space for customized processing and customer-specific applications.
        • Modular design: Thanks to the modular design, even complex assembly processes such as dual-core cable processing, ultrasonic soldering, or welding processes are possible.
        • Integration of various modules: Elements such as the X1582 twisting unit, X1585 flux and tinning module, DC dual gripper module, AEH-LS sleeve module, S1441 seal module, and various crimp modules can be individually integrated to meet changing and complex requirements.
        • Quality assurance: Precise processing is guaranteed with CFA+/CFA, ACD, and Q1250 quality monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance.
        • Advanced functionality:
          • Various process combinations: Additional applications allow easy execution of different process combinations.
          • No damage to strands: The twisting unit ensures no damage to strands, even with tinned wires.
          • High-quality tinning: High-quality tinning is guaranteed with constant tin flow.
          • Optional dual gripper module: For processing two cables simultaneously, increasing productivity.
