Description
The Alpha 565 cable processing machine is designed for special processes and offers the ability to integrate up to seven processing stations for cables with cross-sections from 0.13 – 6 mm². Komax provides feasibility tests to pre-test cables, and processing larger cable cross-sections is available upon request.

- Integration of various modules: Elements such as the X1582 twisting unit, X1585 flux and tinning module, DC dual gripper module, AEH-LS sleeve module, S1441 seal module, and various crimp modules can be individually integrated to meet changing and complex requirements.
- Quality assurance: Precise processing is guaranteed with CFA+/CFA, ACD, and Q1250 quality monitoring systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Advanced functionality:
- Various process combinations: Additional applications allow easy execution of different process combinations.
- No damage to strands: The twisting unit ensures no damage to strands, even with tinned wires.
- High-quality tinning: High-quality tinning is guaranteed with constant tin flow.
