        The MicroLab 30 mobile micrograph laboratory creates micrographs for medium to large quantities of B-crimps, MIL-crimps and hex-crimps with a diameter of 0.5 to 10.0 mm. MicroLa

        The MicroLab 30 is a compact and mobile micrography laboratory, designed to process medium to large volumes of B-crimps, MIL-crimps, and hex crimps with a diameter of 0.5 to 10.0 mm. This all-in-one device captures micrographs of copper and aluminum terminals up to a maximum diameter of 10 mm.

        Advanced Technology for Fast and Accurate Analysis

        • Combined cutting and grinding process ensures optimal sample preparation before the etching process.
        • Integrated line laser for precise positioning and optimal imaging.
        • Fully automated operation:
          • No operator intervention required.
          • No need for re-clamping during the process.

The device operates fully automatically, independent of the operator, and with a short processing time: No need to reclamp the sample. It is also self-adaptive: No settings need to be made.
