        The MicroLab 55 is a stand-alone micrography laboratory, designed for all common crimp types on the market. It performs both cross-section and longitudinal-section analysis for crimps ranging from 0.5 to 30.0 mm in width, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications.

        • Micrograph imaging of copper and aluminum crimps:
          • B-crimps, MIL-crimps, hex crimps, IDC connectors.
        • Also suitable for non-automotive applications, such as PCBs and enclosures.

        Innovative Technology for Maximum Efficiency

        • SmartEtch module self-adjusts, eliminating manual setup.
        • No re-clamping required between different processing steps.
        • SmartOptic with digital zoom ensures high measurement accuracy and quality imaging.
        • Optimized module arrangement for short processing times.
